Each month, we aim to get together and fellowship with one another over lunch. We almost always do this on the last Sunday of the month. We ask anyone able to bring a casserole, side, or dessert, and come enjoy a meal with friends that fulfils you. If for some reason you cannot bring anything, we ask that you PLEASE still join us.
Join us in ladies’ fellowship. We will have finger foods and discuss our 2022 plans. We will also draw names for those wishing to participate in secret sisters.
We will celebrate the merging of Baptist Tabernacle and Transformation Baptist Church by taking the Lord’s Supper. We will also have an official “joining” of the members that have merged.
Our first fellowship meal this year will be an international potluck to kick off our world missions conference! (We will continue to practice social distancing and apply the same rules that restaurants are going by)
Join us for our first World Missions Conference with Dr. Roger Baker, Director of European and Mid-East missions with Macedonia Worldwide Baptist Mission.
Join us as we celebrate 67 years of ministry in Altavista, VA. We will have our normal Sunday morning services with Pastor Jon Ensley, followed by a meal on the grounds (provided that the current 10 person limit on gatherings is lifted) and a 2:00 PM service with guest preacher Brother Nathan Shaw.
Join us for our 2020 Summer Revival with Dr. Richard Harper! Sunday services will be at 10 AM, 11 AM, and 6 PM, then we will meet each night Monday through Friday at 6:30 PM!
Join us for our first annual Valentine’s Banquet for great fun, food, and fellowship along with preaching geared toward helping you and your spouse have a better marriage!
Join in our 6 PM service on the first Sunday in January as Pastor goes over the vision the Lord had given Him for our church in 2020!
Join us as we see a dramatized account of the life of Christ from His humble birth to his sacrificial death, subsequent burial, and victorious resurrection!
Join us for our church wide Christmas party and ugly sweater contest in the fellowship hall!
Join us for our Ladies Christmas party hosted by Mrs. Ensley at her and Pastor’s home! Please bring finger foods and, if you would like to participate in an ornament exchange, a wrapped Christmas ornament!
